Process of a training
Before training
- The signatory to the agreement receives a contract that must be signed and returned
- The participant receives his access codes to the Nomad’ Network and training invitation
- He blocks the dates of the training in his agenda
- He prepares his training by going on the Nomad’ Network.
- Any request for postponement or cancellation has implications on the process of the sessions and must be done within the time, otherwise the training is charged
During the training
- In general all trainings take place from 9 am to 5 pm.
- The consultant will explain the aims of the program and outline the expectations
- He alternates between theory and practices
- He relies on appropriate pedagogical tools
- Akteos suggests a meal package including breaks and lunch. During country trainings, lunch is often an opportunity to discuss about the local protocol and eating habits.
After training
- The training ends by formulating an action plan.
- The consultant presents an evaluation questionnaire right after the training.
- A second evaluation can be sent a few days after the training by mail to measure the integration of the training in your professional life.
- A training certificate is issued on request.
- The participant can extend his training by going on the Nomad’ Network.
- The course materials are accessible on the Nomad' Network
- The invoice and the evaluation are sent to the person in charge of the training in the company
